How Amar School collects, uses, stores and protects information.
Amar School respects the privacy of schools, teachers, students, parents and guardians who use the app. This Privacy Policy explains the types of information that may be processed and how that information is used to provide and secure Amar School services.
Depending on the features used by a school or user, Amar School may process information such as:
Information is used only as reasonably necessary to operate Amar School, provide school-management features, authenticate users, deliver notifications, maintain school records, support users, prevent abuse or fraud, troubleshoot problems, improve reliability and protect the app and its users.
Amar School uses Google Firebase services for functions that may include Authentication, Realtime Database, Storage, Cloud Functions, Cloud Messaging, Analytics and application security. Information may therefore be processed by Google/Firebase as necessary to provide those services.
Amar School does not sell users' personal information to advertisers.
Information is not shared for unrelated advertising purposes. It may be processed by service providers that are necessary to operate, secure or support Amar School, or disclosed when required by applicable law, legal process, security needs or fraud-prevention requirements.
Information may be kept for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain legitimate educational and administrative records, comply with legal or financial obligations, protect security, prevent fraud, resolve disputes and support valid record-keeping needs.
If a school stops using Amar School, some historical records may be archived where necessary for legitimate record keeping or future restoration. Information that is no longer required may be deleted or anonymized.
A verified account owner can request deletion of an account and associated personal data using the Account Delete Request option available in the app. A deletion request can also be submitted from our public account-deletion page.
When a valid deletion request is completed, associated personal data will be deleted, except for limited records that must be retained where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal, financial, regulatory or audit purposes. Such information may be retained only as necessary or anonymized.
Amar School is a school-management platform and may contain information relating to students, including minors. Schools and authorized users are responsible for entering and managing information appropriately and for using the app in accordance with applicable school rules and legal requirements.
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so users should also protect their login credentials and devices.
This Privacy Policy may be updated when Amar School features, legal requirements or data-handling practices change. The latest version will be published on this page.

Amar School ব্যবহারকারীর ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য বিজ্ঞাপনদাতার কাছে বিক্রি করে না।
অপ্রাসঙ্গিক বিজ্ঞাপনের জন্য তথ্য শেয়ার করা হয় না। Amar School পরিচালনা, নিরাপত্তা বা সাপোর্ট প্রদানের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় সেবাদাতারা তথ্য প্রক্রিয়া করতে পারে। আইনগত বাধ্যবাধকতা, বৈধ আইনি প্রক্রিয়া, নিরাপত্তা বা প্রতারণা প্রতিরোধের প্রয়োজন হলে সীমিত তথ্য প্রকাশ করা হতে পারে।

কোনো স্কুল Amar School ব্যবহার বন্ধ করলে বৈধ রেকর্ড সংরক্ষণ বা ভবিষ্যৎ পুনরুদ্ধারের প্রয়োজন থাকলে কিছু ঐতিহাসিক তথ্য আর্কাইভ করা হতে পারে। প্রয়োজন শেষ হলে তথ্য মুছে ফেলা অথবা নামবিহীন করা হতে পারে।
যাচাইকৃত অ্যাকাউন্ট মালিক অ্যাপের “অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেলার অনুরোধ” অপশন ব্যবহার করে অ্যাকাউন্ট ও সংশ্লিষ্ট ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য মুছে ফেলার অনুরোধ করতে পারেন। আমাদের public account-deletion page থেকেও অনুরোধ পাঠানো যাবে।
একটি বৈধ deletion request সম্পন্ন হলে সংশ্লিষ্ট ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য মুছে ফেলা হবে। তবে নিরাপত্তা, প্রতারণা প্রতিরোধ, আইনগত, আর্থিক, নিয়ন্ত্রক বা অডিটের কারণে প্রয়োজনীয় সীমিত তথ্য যুক্তিসঙ্গত প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী সংরক্ষণ বা নামবিহীন করা হতে পারে।
Amar School একটি স্কুল ম্যানেজমেন্ট প্ল্যাটফর্ম এবং এতে অপ্রাপ্তবয়স্ক শিক্ষার্থীদের সম্পর্কিত তথ্য থাকতে পারে। স্কুল ও অনুমোদিত ব্যবহারকারীরা প্রযোজ্য স্কুল নীতি ও আইন অনুযায়ী তথ্য সঠিকভাবে দেওয়া ও ব্যবহার করার জন্য দায়ী।
তথ্য সুরক্ষার জন্য যুক্তিসঙ্গত প্রযুক্তিগত ও সাংগঠনিক ব্যবস্থা ব্যবহার করা হয়। তবে কোনো অনলাইন সেবা শতভাগ নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিত করতে পারে না, তাই ব্যবহারকারীদের নিজস্ব লগইন তথ্য ও ডিভাইসও নিরাপদ রাখা উচিত।
