Request deletion of an Amar School account and associated personal data.
Depending on the account and school records involved, deletion may include account/profile information and personal data associated with the account, such as contact details, profile data and other user-related information that is no longer required.
Certain limited records may need to be retained or anonymized where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal, financial, regulatory, audit, dispute-resolution or legitimate school record-keeping purposes.
If you want historical school information preserved for possible future restoration, use the app's Archive request option instead. An archive request is not the same as an account deletion request.
For security and to prevent unauthorized deletion, Amar School may request reasonable information needed to verify the requester before processing a deletion request.

অ্যাকাউন্ট ও সংশ্লিষ্ট স্কুল রেকর্ড অনুযায়ী অ্যাকাউন্ট/প্রোফাইল তথ্য, যোগাযোগের তথ্য এবং ব্যবহারকারীর সঙ্গে সম্পর্কিত ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য—যেগুলো আর প্রয়োজন নেই—মুছে ফেলার আওতায় আসতে পারে।
নিরাপত্তা, প্রতারণা প্রতিরোধ, আইনগত, আর্থিক, নিয়ন্ত্রক, অডিট, বিরোধ নিষ্পত্তি অথবা বৈধ স্কুল রেকর্ড সংরক্ষণের প্রয়োজনে কিছু সীমিত তথ্য যুক্তিসঙ্গত সময় পর্যন্ত রাখা বা নামবিহীন করা হতে পারে।
ভবিষ্যতে পুরোনো স্কুল তথ্য পুনরুদ্ধারের জন্য সংরক্ষণ করতে চাইলে অ্যাপের “আর্কাইভ অনুরোধ” ব্যবহার করুন। Archive request অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেলার অনুরোধ নয়।
অননুমোদিতভাবে কারও অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে যাওয়া ঠেকাতে deletion request প্রক্রিয়া করার আগে অনুরোধকারীর পরিচয় বা অধিকার যাচাই করার জন্য যুক্তিসঙ্গত তথ্য চাওয়া হতে পারে।
